Teoretická část práce si klade za cíl problematiku biblioterapie a přiblížit období stáří. Hlavním cílem empirické práce byla snaha zjistit, zda má význam využití biblioterapie v domovech pro seniory a případně jaké konkrétní účinky na seniory má.In theoretical part of this thesis aims to cover the issue of bibliotherapy and to approach the period of old age. The main aim of the empirical part was to find out whether the use of bibliotherapy in the homes for the elderly is important and what specific effects it has on the elderly.
