Tato diplomová práce pojednává o poradenství pro pozůstalé rodiče dětí se závažným onemocněním či zdravotním postižením. V teoretické části jsou definovány specifika a možnosti podpory pozůstalých rodičů, fáze truchlení, samotné poradenství pro pozůstalé a raná péče. Praktická část propojuje všechna tato témata. Velký důraz je kladen na mezioborovou spolupráci poradce pro pozůstalé a poradce rané péče. Ve výzkumném šetření bylo využito metody zvané tematická analýza. Data byla získána rozhovory s 9 poradci pro pozůstalé. Výsledek šetření je popsán díky propojení získaných informací a vytvořeného schématu kroků, jenž poradenství pro pozůstalé rodiče v kontextu rané péče ovlivňují.This master thesis deals with bereavement counselling for parents of children with serious illness or disability. The theoretical part defines the specifics and possibilities of supporting the grieving parents, the mourning phase, the bereavement counselling and the early care. The practical part interconnects all these topics. Great emphasis is placed on the interdisciplinary cooperation between a bereavement therapist and an early care consultant. A method called thematic analysis was used in the research. Data was obtained from interviews with 9 bereavement therapists. The outcome of the survey is described on the basis of the interconnection of the acquired information and created scheme of steps that influence counseling for grieving parents in the context of the early care.
