Bakalářská práce se zabývá pracovním uplatněním nezaměstnaných osob se zdravotním postižením v mikroregionu Uničovsko. Hlavním cílem práce je zaměřit se na možnosti pracovního uplatnění osob se zdravotním postižením ve II. stupni invalidity na trhu práce v mikroregionu Uničovsko. Práce se skládá ze dvou hlavních částí. První část je teoretická a je složena z pěti hlavních kapitol. Kapitoly jsou uspořádány tak, aby zahrnovaly vše podstatné pro pracovní uplatnění osob se zdravotním postižením. První kapitola je věnována vymezení pojmů jako je zdraví, zdravotní postižení, osoba se zdravotním postižením, osoba zdravotně znevýhodněná, invalidita a invalidní důchod. V druhé kapitole jsou rozebrány jednotlivé druhy zdravotního postižení a ve třetí části je nastíněna problematika významu práce pro člověka společně s nástroji politiky zaměstnanosti. Čtvrtá část řeší zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením. Zde jsou uvedeny práva a povinnosti zaměstnavatelů a prostředky podpory při zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením. V poslední kapitole teoretické části jsou obsaženy základní informace o celém mikroregionu Uničovsko a jeho bezprostředním okolí z hlediska geografického i socioekonomického, se zaměřením na obyvatelstvo, průmysl, veřejné služby a zdroje, sociální služby, dopravu, vzdělání a zaměstnanost v regionu. Druhou částí této práce je výzkumná část, tato empirická část se věnuje vlastnímu výzkumu. Je zde popsána metodologie, použitá výzkumná metoda a zkoumaný vzorek respondentů. Jsou zde uvedeny výzkumné otázky, na jejichž základě byly stanoveny hypotézy. Pro samotný výzkum byla zvolena metoda kvantitativního výzkumu. Jako hlavní nástroj této metody bylo využito dotazníkového šetření. Pomocí dotazníků byly osloveny nezaměstnané osoby se zdravotním postižením ve II. stupni invalidity, které jsou evidované na kontaktním pracovišti Úřadu práce ČR v Uničově. Výsledky výzkumu jsou představeny pomocí grafů s komentářem. Závěr práce je věnován výsledkům výzkumu a diskusi.The bachelor thesis deals with the employment of unemployed people with disabilities in the micro-region Uničov. The main aim of this work is to focus on the possibilities of working for people with disabilities in the second degree of invalid on the labor market in the micro-region Uničov. The thesis consists of two main parts. The first part is theoretical and consists of five main chapters. The chapters are arranged to include everything essential for the employment of persons with disabilities. The first chapter is devoted to the definition of terms such as health, disability, disabled person, disabled person, invalid and inavalid pension. The second chapter discusses the various types of disability and the third part outlines the importance of work for people together with the tools of employment policy. The fourth part deals with the employment of persons with disabilities. Here are the rights and obligations of employers and means of support in the employment of people with disabilities. The last chapter of the theoretical part contains basic information about the whole micro-region Uničovsko and its immediate surroundings in terms of geographical and socio-economic, focusing on the population, industry, public services and resources, social services, transport, education and employment in the region. The second part of this work is the research part, this empirical part is devoted to own research. There is described methodology, used research method and sample of respondents. There are mentioned research questions on the basis of which hypotheses were determined. The method of quantitative research was chosen for the research itself. A questionnaire survey was used as the main tool of this method. Unemployed persons with disabilities in the second degree of disability, which are registered at the contact office of the Labor Office in Uničov. The research results are presented using graphs with commentary. The conclusion is devoted to the results of research and discussion.
