Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou pacientů s Dupuytrenovou kontrakturou. V obecné části bakalářské práce jsou shrnuty obecné informace o anatomii palmodigitální aponeurózy a je objasněn pojem Dupuytrenova kontraktura. Dále je popsána etiopatogeneze, klasifikace a formy onemocnění a též možné léčebné přístupy. Speciální část bakalářské práce je věnována kineziologickému vyšetření a fyzioterapii při konzervativním i pooperačním přístupu. Součástí práce je také kazuistika pacientky s Dupuytrenovou kontrakturou.This bachelor thesis addresses the issues of patients with Dupuytren´s contracture. The general part contains an overview of general information on the anatomy of palmar aponeurosis and the clarification of thw term Dupuytren´s contracture. It further includes the description of the aethiopathogenesis, classification and forms of the disease as well as possible methods of medical treatment. The special part of the bachelor thesis aims at kinesiological examination and physiotherapy employed in both conservative and surgical approaches. The work also includes the case study of a patient with Dupuytren´s contracture.
