Ačkoliv Korejská republika budí zasloužený zájem českých turistů, nabídka českých kanceláří neodpovídá v tomto smyslu reálné poptávce. Přesto i na českém trhu existuje několik příkladů zájezdů, které jsou si však často obsahově velmi podobné a rovněž zpracování itineráře je problematické. Předmětem této bakalářské práce je analýza produktu cestovního ruchu a návrh na jeho zlepšení dle zjištěných nedostatků. Práce se zaměří na itinerář zájezdu do Korejské republiky, který bude vybrán po průzkumu českého trhu. Teoretická část práce bude obsahovat relevantní terminologii a základní informace o Jižní Koreji potřebné pro zpracování kvalitního produktu cestovního ruchu. Praktická část bude analýzou itineráře zájezdu do Korejské republiky, který je nabízen českou cestovní kanceláří, provedenou metodou SWOT. S ohledem na nedostatky bude poté navrženo jejich možné řešení podrobným itinerářem s úpravami a jejich zdůvodněním. Zvážena bude i časová náročnost i pestrost programu od historických míst po kulinářské zážitky. Současně návrh úprav vezme ohled na specifika různých ročních období a případná rizika spojená s pobytem ve východní Asii. Itinerář bude doplněn také stručnou charakteristikou navštěvovaných míst. V práci budou mj. zahrnuty i osobní zkušenosti autorky získané během cestování po Jižní Koreji.Although Czech tourists are interested in visiting Republic of Korea, the package holiday offers of Czech travel agencies are not equal to the real tourists demand. Yet it is possible to find a few examples of package holidays on the Czech market. However, in terms of their content many of them are very similar to each other and the itineraries are rather questionable. The main topic of this thesis is the analysis of real product of tourism followed up by a proposal of the product. Thesis focuses on the South Korean product of tourism itinerary selected after the Czech market research. The theoretical part includes relevant terminology and basic information about Republic of Korea needed for the arrangement of the high-quality product of tourism. The aim of practical part is to analyse the itinerary of the trip to the South Korea, which is offered by the Czech travel agency. Additionally, SWOT analysis method is used. The possible solution of the weaknesses is then proposed by the detailed itinerary with modifications and their explanation. Time demands and the program diversity including the historical sites and culinary experiences is also considered. At the same time, the draft adjustments consider the four seasons and the risks associated with the stay in East Asian countries. The itinerary will be also enriched with a brief description of the visited places. Among other things, the work includes the author's personal experience gained during her travels across the South Korea.
