Hlavním tématem diplomová práce je motivace účastníků participativních projektů, které se zabývají humanitárním mapováním. V teoretické části práce autor představuje základní pojmy spojené s problematikou humanitární práce, dobrovolnictvím a motivace, se speciálním zaměřením na crowdsourcing a kvalitu výstupných dat. Praktická část se věnuje popisu autorova výzkumu a jeho výstupům. V rámci výzkumu autor za pomocí kvalitativních metod zjišťoval hlavní motivační faktory účastníků, které dále srovnával s pohledem a názory organizátorů participativních projektů. Na základě analýzy získaných dat autor v závěru práce prezentuje navrhovaná řešení, která mohou vést k zefektivnění spolupráce v rámci těchto projektů.The main focus of the thesis is the motivation of participants attending participative projects dealing with humanitarian mapping. The theoretical part of the thesis presents an overview of the main concepts related to the humanitarian aid, volunteerism and motivation, with special focus on crowdsourcing and data quality. The practical part describes author's research and its findings. As part of the research, using qualitative methods, author identified the main motivational factors of participants, which he then compared with opinions and views of organizers of chosen participatory project. Based on the analysis author presents possible solutions, which can lead to more effective cooperation within similar projects.
