Cílem této bakalářské práce je prozkoumat vliv refrakčních zákroků na vnímání kontrastní citlivosti. V prvních kapitolách se zaměřím na problematiku kontrastní citlivosti a rozeberu jednotlivé testy, kterými se vyšetřuje. Dále stručně popíši jednotlivé faktory, které toto vnímání ovlivňují. V neposlední řadě se budu věnovat popisu nelaserových, laserových a nitroočních refrakčních zákroků. V poslední kapitole provedu rešerši dostupných studií zabývajících se měřením kontrastní citlivosti před a po refrakčních operacích.The aim of this bachelor thesis is to explore the effect of the refractive operations on perception of contrast sensitivity. In the first chapters I focus on problems of contrast sensitivity and I break down single ways of examination. Next I briefly describe single factors of influence on this perception. Last but not least I am describing the non laser, laser and intraocular refractive operations. In the last chapter I do survey of available researches that refer to contrast sensitivity before and after refractive surgery.
