Bakalárska práca sa venuje využitiu nefarmakologických metód tíšenia bolesti počas 1. doby pôrodnej. Prvá časť zahŕňa definíciu a stručný prehľad pôrodu, prvej doby pôrodnej, bolesti, pôrodnej bolesti, jej príčin a ovplyvňujúcich faktorov. Ďalšie časti sa venujú managementu zvládania pôrodnej bolesti, typmi nefarmakologických metód a ich účinnosti a využitie metód v pôrodníckych zariadeniach. Cieľom práce bolo sumarizovať poznatky o možnostiach nefarmakologických metód na tíšenie bolesti počas 1. doby pôrodnej, o ich účinnosti a využívanie v jednotlivých pôrodníckych zariadeniach.The bachelor thesis deals with a use of non-pharmacological methods of pain relief during the first stage of labour. First part includes a definition and brief overview of the childbirth, first stage of labour, the pain, the labour pain, its causes and influencing factors. Further parts deal with management of a labour pain management, the types of non-pharmacological methods and their effectiveness, a use of the methods in birthing facilities. The purpose of the thesis was to summarise the knowledge about the possibilities of non-pharmacological methods for the pain relief during the first stage of labour, about their effectiveness and the use in the individual birthing facilities.
