Přehledová bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou výživy u pacientů s nespecifickými střevními záněty. Hlavním cílem práce bylo předložit aktuální, dosud publikované poznatky o specificích výživy v remisi a relapsu onemocnění a předložit dohledané poznatky o výživě v operačním období u pacientů s nespecifickými střevními záněty. Prvním dílčím cílem bylo předložit aktuální dohledané publikované poznatky o specificích a deficitech výživy u pacientů s nespecifickými střevními záněty. U pacientů je nutné monitorovat nutriční stav z důvodu rozvoje malnutrice. Práce shrnuje publikované poznatky o rizikových faktorech nespecifických střevních zánětů ze stran výživy, dokládá poznatky o možnostech prevence a poukazuje na vhodný výběr potravin. Druhým dílčím cílem bylo předložit aktuální dohledané publikované poznatky o specificích výživy u operačních zákroků u pacientů s nespecifickými střevními záněty. Práce zahrnuje nutriční podporu u pacientů v operačním období. Poukazuje na výhody a nevýhody podávání enterální a parenterální výživy. Pro strategii vyhledávání byly použity tyto databáze EBSCO, GOOGLE SCHOLAR, PUBMED, NURSING OVID. Jako zdroj byla použita recenzovaná periodika v českém a anglickém jazyce.The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of nutrition of patients with inflammatory bowel disease. The main aim of this work was to present recently published findings on nutritional specificities in remission and relapse of the disease and to present the findings on nutrition in the surgical period of patients with inflammatory bowel disease. The first subgoal was to summarize the current published findings on nutritional specificities and deficiences in patients with inflammatory bowel disease. Patients should be monitored for nutritional status to prevent malnutrition. The thesis summarizes the published findings about nutritional risk factors of inflammatory bowel disease, demonstrates the findings about the possibilities of prevention and presents a more appropriate food selection. The second subgoal was to summarize the current published findings on nutritional specifics in surgical interventions in patients with inflammatory bowel disease. This thesis includes nutritional support for patients in the pre-operation and post-operation period. It points out the advantages and disadvantages of administration of enteral and parenteral nutrition. For the search strategy the following databases were used: EBSCO, GOOGLE SCHOLAR, MEDVIK, PUBMED. Reviewed periodicals in Czech and English were used as a source.
