Diplomová práca sa zaoberá súvislosťou refrakčnej vady, veľkosti zrenice a farby dúhovky. V teoretickej časti je opísaná anatómia riasnatého telieska, dúhovky, zrenice a ich inervácia. V ďalšej kapitole sú zhrnuté refrakčné vady myopia a hypermetropia. Samostatná kapitola je venovaná farbe dúhovky a jej klasifikácii. Neoddeliteľnou súčasťou je rešerš odborných výskumov, ktoré sa zaoberali podobnou problematikou. V experimentálnej časti bola overená súvislosť refrakčnej vady, veľkosti zrenice a farby dúhovky na vzorke populácie. Figuranti absolvovali meranie objektívnej refrakcie, priemeru zrenice a rohovky, následne premeranie subjektívnej refrakcie a nakoniec bola subjektívne vyhodnotená farba dúhovky.The diploma thesis deals with the effect of relationship between refractive error, the pupil size and color of the iris. The theoretical part describes the anatomy of the corpuscle ciliary, iris, pupil and their innervation. The next chapter summarize the refractive errors such as myopia and hypermetropia. A stand-alone chapter is about color of the iris and its classification. An inseparable part is the search of professional researches dealing with similar issues. In the experimental section were verified the effect of relationship between refractive error, the pupil size and color of the iris on population sample. The figurants underwent the measurement of objective refraction, pupil diameter and corneal diameter, followed measurement of subjective refraction and finally was subjective evaulated color of iris.
