Cílem práce bylo přinést co možná nejkomplexnější pohled na problematiku teritoriality soudních exekutorů. Zhodnotil jsem současnou právní úpravu s ohledem na namítaná problematická místa a rovněž jsem představil, jaký vliv by na ní měla zavedená teritorialita. V práci je rovněž nabídnut pohled jak zastánců teritoriality, tak jejich odpůrců. V minulosti se již několikrát objevily legislativní pokusy o její zavedení, proto se těmito návrhy podrobněji zabývám. Na závěr práce je věnován pohled na právní úpravu výkonu rozhodnutí v Polsku, Německu a na Slovenku. V souvislosti s těmito zahraničními právními úpravami jsem nastínil možná východiska de lege ferenda.The aim of the work is to bring the complex perspective on the problem of executors. I dealt with the whole legal frame of czech executions relating to the problems arising from praxis. I also introduced the possible impact of the prospective territoriality on those problematic situations. I offered the opinions of not only protagonists but also antagonists on this topic. In the past there were some legal attempts of initiating this institute into the czech law, so I am also dealing with those legal suggestions. At the end of my work I presented the legal frame of executions in Poland, Germany and Slovakia. According to these foreign laws I brought some bases and inspirations which can be used in the czech law.
