Magisterská diplomová práce má za cíl popsat řízení procesu adaptace cizinců legálně zaměstnaných ve vybraném podniku. Současně diplomová práce poukazuje na specifický problém, který vzešel ze zaměstnání cizinců. Problémem je obtížná integrace do pracovní skupiny, jejiž příčinou je jazyková bariéra. Diplomová práce je členěna na část teoretickou a empirickou. Teoretická část se zabývá zaměstnáváním cizinců na území ČR, tedy legálním postupem, který stanovuje Ministerstvo práce a sociálních věcí. V teoretické části je dále charakterizován proces adaptace, integrace a interkulturní komunikace. V druhé, empirické, části je představena případová studie, která proběhla ve vybraném podniku od září 2018 do února 2019. V empirické části je popsána metodologie s analýzou dat, deskripce adaptačního procesu zaměstnaných cizinců a další výsledky výzkumu.The master thesis´s aim is describing the management of the process of adaptation of foreigners legally employed in specific organization. At the same time, the thesis points to a specific problem that arose from the employment of foreigners. The problem is the difficult integration into the working group, which is the cause of the language barrier. The diploma thesis is divided into the theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part deals with the employment of foreigners in the Czech Republic, a legal procedure established by the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs. The theoretical part further characterizes the process of adaptation, integration and intercultural communication. In the second, empirical part is presented a case study that took place in the specific organization from September 2018 to February 2019. In the empirical part is described methodology with data analysis, but especially is described the adaptation process of employed foreigners and other research results.
