Monitorovanie a štúdium vzniku makrocyklických ligandov - konkrétne 15členného ligandu 15-pyN3O2 a to pomocou nukleárnej magnetickej rezonancie (NMR). This Bachelor thesis deals with the monitoring and study of the macrocyclic ligand formation concretely a 15membered ligand 15-pyN3O2 (3,12,18-Triaaza-6,9-dioxabicyclo[12.3.1]octadeca-1(18),14,16-triene) by means of a nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR). The ligand was prepared by a template synthesis, in the presence of various metal salts and subsequently, by a reduction of Schiff base and demetallation. Intermediates as well as final products of the reaction were analyzed with help of NMR and another instrumental method, a mass spectroscopy. By analyzing and comparating of the measured spectra, an influence of metal ion was studied on the final structure of forming macrocycle and it was found, that monitoring of this reaction via NMR is limited only for some metal ions.
