Cílem této přehledové bakalářské práce s názvem "Nevaskulární intervence v oblasti jícnu" je podat aktuální informace o léčbě benigních a maligních stenóz jícnu, vysvětlit jednotlivé metody léčby, jejich účel, postup a materiálové zajištění. V úvodní kapitole je vysvětlen obor intervenční radiologie, jeho přístrojové i personální zajištění a úloha radiologického asistenta na pracovišti intervenční radiologie. Následující kapitoly se již věnují problematice léčby benigních a maligních striktur. Všechny potřebné informace byly získány z odborné literatury a na základě rešerše odborných článků v českém i anglickém jazyce. Pro rešeršní činnost jsem použila tyto databáze: EBSCO, Scopus, Medvik a Google Scholar.The aim of this bachelor thesis, entitled "Non-vascular esophageal intervention", is to provide up-to-date information on the treatment of benign and malignant oesophageal stenoses, to explain the individual methods of treatment, their purpose, procedure and material equipment. The introductory chapter explains the field of interventional radiology, its instrumentation and staffing and the role of radiological assistant in the interventional radiology department. The following chapters deal with the treatment of benign and malignant strictures. All the necessary information was obtained from professional literature and on the basis of research of scientific articles in Czech and English. I used the following databases for research: EBSCO, Scopus, Medvik and Google Scholar.
