Pády jsou jedny z nejčastějších komplikací u pacientů po cévní mozkové příhodě. Důsledky pádů vedou k vážným zraněním, snížení funkčního potenciálu, snížení aktivit každodenního života, strachu z pádu a depresím. Včasná predikce rizika pádu pomáhá zabránit dalšímu zhoršení stavu pacienta. Rovnovážné schopnosti lze hodnotit klinickými testy a přístrojovou technikou. Práce hodnotí možnost predikce rizika pádu pomocí testu Timed Up and Go a Sensory Organization Test. Výsledky ukázaly, že Timed Up and Go test může být použit k hodnocení rizika pádu, ale pouze v kombinaci s dalšími klinickými testy. Sensory Organization Test na základě hodnot Equilibrium Score může být použit pro predikci rizika pádu, ale pouze při náročnějších podmínkách (podmínka 3-6).Falls are the most common complications in patients after stroke. Consequences of falling lead to serious injury, decrease of functional potential, reduce activities of daily living, fear of fall and depression. The early prediction risk of fall helps to prevent further worsening of the patient's condition. Clinical tests and laboratory tools for assessment balance can be use to predict the risk of fall. The thesis evaluete the risk of fall prediction by Timed Up and Go test and Sensory Organization Test. Results show that Timed Up and Go test can be use for assessment risk of fall, but only in combination with other clinical tests. Sensory Organization Test based on Equilibrium Score can be use for the risk of fall prediction, but only under more severe conditions (conditions 3-6).
