Táto bakalárska práca sa zameriava na popísanie problematiky amputácie hornej končatiny a s tým spojenými rozdielmi oproti amputácii dolnej končatiny, ktoré sa v populácii vyskytujú častejšie. Ďalej popisuje základné typy vykonávaných amputácií, ich chirurgické zásady v súvislosti s rôznymi výškami amputácie a komplikácie s tým spojené. Taktiež sa zameriava na ozrejmenie zložitej problematiky fantómových ťažkostí a stručne vysvetľuje problematiku replantácií. Ďalšia časť je venovaná popísaniu typov protéz a ich názorným ukážkam. V časti rehabilitácia sú popísané rôzne fázy pooperačnej starostlivosti o pacienta po amputácii hornej končatiny, možnosti terapeutického ovplyvnenia pridružených deformít, zlepšenia svalovej kondície aprotetického tréningu. Vposlednej časti je prezentovaná kazuistika pacienta po amputácii na hornej končatine.This bachelor thesis is aimed at describing the issues of upper extremity amputation and the differences in comparison with lower extremity amputation, which is more common in the population. It also describes the basic types of amputations, their surgical principles in connection with differences in the height of amputation and linked complications. Furthermore, it addresses the clarification of the issues of the complicated phantom limb syndrome. Moreover, it briefly describes the issues of replantation. In the next part, the thesis is aimed at the description of the types of prostheses and shows their depiction. In the rehabilitation part, it describes different phases of the postoperative care after upper extremity amputation, possibilities of therapeutic affection of associated deformities, improving muscle endurance and prosthetic training. In the last part, it presents the case history of a patient after upper extremity amputation.
