Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem adaptačního procesu. Cílem práce je popsat, jak probíhá adaptační proces ve společnosti XYZ. Úvodní kapitola představuje teoretické ukotvení, následně je představena metodologie práce, která využívá explanatorní případovou studii, řešící otázky kvalitativního výzkumu. Doplněna je práce o rozhovory podle návodu a analýzu dokumentů. Výstupy metody v empirické části vedou k naplnění cíle diplomové práce. Výzkumem byla popsána situace ve společnosti XYZ, kdy v závěru jsou shrnuty výsledky, které byly popsány.The diploma thesis deals with the topic of adaptation process. The aim of this work is to describe how the adaptation process is going on in the company XYZ. The introductory chapter introduces the theoretical part of the diploma thesis followed by the methodology of the work, which uses an explanatory case study solving the questions of qualitative research. The diploma thesis is added of guided dialogues together with data analysis. The results of the method in the empirical part lead to the fulfillment of the aim of the thesis. The research describes the situation in the company XYZ. And in the conclusion summarizes the results that have been already described.
