Diplomová práce se věnuje Vzdělávání seniorů v rámci projektu Seniorské cestování, který probíhá již deset let v Olomouckém kraji. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na vzdělávání a volný čas seniorů, analýzu zpráv ze Seniorského cestování v letech 2015-2018, dále problematiku lektora a zpracování modelu vzdělávací akce pro lektory. Představuje Radu seniorů České republiky. V rámci empirické časti je použita metoda dotazníkové šetření, které odpovídá na výzkumné otázky: Jak hodnotí senioři Seniorské cestování, jak jsou s ním spokojeni? O jaké aktivity v rámci Seniorského cestování Olomouckého kraje v dalším období mají senioři zájem? Výsledky dotazníkového šetření ukazují zájem seniorů o tento typ cestování a zájem seniorů o rozšíření i na sousední kraje a rozšíření počtu výletů a mají zájem o vzdělávání a poznávání, méně již ze setkávání s vrstevníky. Identifikována je i zpětná vazba na projekt, například v otázce lektora, kde je možné využít navrhovaný model vzdělávání, dále v otázce spokojenosti s dopravou a stravování.This thesis deals with the Education of seniors withing the Senior Travelling Project which has been in fuction in the Olomouc region already for ten years. The theoretical part focuses on the education and leisure time of seniors, the analysis of the reports from the Senior Travelling from years 2015-2018, as well as the question of the lecturer and the treatment of the model of educational training for lecturers.
