Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat vzdělávací potřeby pěstounů a poručníků, kteří jsou v evidenci Městského úřadu Zábřeh a mají uzavřenou dohodu o výkonu pěstounské péče s oddělením sociálně-právní ochrany dětí. Dále také popsat, jak osoby pečující vnímají dosavadní organizované vzdělávání. Práce se skládá ze šesti kapitol. První čtyři se věnují teoretickému ukotvení práce. Je zde vysvětlen pojem náhradní rodinná péče a její typy, uvedeno rozlišení pěstounské péče a možnosti vzdělávání, dále vyjmenovány práva a povinnosti pěstounů, definován institut dohod o výkonu pěstounské péče a role doprovázející organizace. Čtvrtá kapitola již pojednává o vzdělávání dospělých a analýze vzdělávacích potřeb. Na tuto navazuje metodická část, kde je uvedeno, jak probíhá dosavadní vzdělávání pěstounů na Městském úřadě v Zábřehu, poté je popsán samotný výzkum a v poslední kapitole jsou shrnuty zjištěné informace. Pro naplnění cíle práce jsem zvolila kvantitativní metodu - dotazníkové šetření. Výsledky šetření budou využity k plánování vzdělávacích aktivit pro další období a můžou být přínosem pro případné změny v oblasti vzdělávání.The object of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the educational requirements of foster parents and trustees who are registered at the Municipal Office od Zábřeh and have an have an agreement on foster care with the Department of Social and Legal Protection of Children. Furthermore, to describe how carers perceive organized education so far. The thesis consists of six chapters. The first four are devoted to the theoretical grounding of work. There is explained the concept of substitute family care and its types, the distinction in foster care and learning opportunities, name the rights and duties of foster parents, to define the institute of foster care agreements and the role of the accompanying organization. The fourth chapter deals with adult education and analysis of educational requirements. The following is the methodological section that describes how the foster parents are currently being educated at the Municipal Office in Zábřeh. Then the research itself is described and the las chapter summarizes the research informations. To fulfill the aim of the bachelor thesis I have chosen a quantitative method - a questionnaire survey. The results of the survey will be used to plan educational activities for the next period and can be beneficial to potential changes in education.
