Tato neoformalistická analýza si kladla za cíl provést neoformalistickou analýzu snímku Her z roku 2013. Hlavním účelem bylo zjištění dominanty snímku. Metodologickým východiskem byl neoformalismus definovaný Kristin Thompsonovou v její knize Breaking the Glass Armor. Pro přesnější zařazení snímku do kategorií sci-fi a romantické dramatu byl použit sémanticko-syntaktický přístup k žánru podle Ricka Altmana z knihy Film/Genre. Žánrová analýza prokázala, že snímek právoplatně patří do obou zmíněných kategorií. Komplexní analýza odhalila dominantu filmu, kterou se stal hlavní hrdina Theodor, jehož perspektivou je na příběh nahlíženo. Jednotlivé složky snímku jsou podřízeny této dominantě.This bachelor thesis aimed to do a neoformalist analysis of the film Her (2013). The main purpose was to find the dominant element of the movie. The metodology basis was neoformalism defined by Kristin Thompson in the book Breaking the Glass Armor. Rick Altman's semantic/syntactic approach was used for more accurate description of the genre. This genre analysis has proven that Her belongs to both science-fiction and romantic drama. The complex analysis revealed the main character Theodor as the dominant element, the movie is shown mainly from his perspective. Other components of the movie support this dominance.
