Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá žalobou proti nečinnosti správního orgánu. Nejprve práce vymezuje pojem nečinnost a nezákonná nečinnost, poté se věnuje opatření proti nečinnosti dle správního řádu, konkrétně podle ustanovení § 80 správního řádu. Následně se práce věnuje žalobě proti nečinnosti správního orgánu, a to od obecné charakteristiky, žalobní legitimace, k náležitostem žaloby a lhůtě pro její podání až ke konečnému soudnímu rozhodnutí o žalobě.This bachelor thesis deals with An action against inactivity of an administrative body. At first the thesis defines concept of inactivity and illegal inactivity, then it deals with an action against the inactivity according to the Code of Administrative Procedure specifically under the provisions of § 80 of the Code of Administrative Procedure. Subsequently, the thesis deals with the action against the inactivity of the administrative body, from the general character, the legitimacy of the claim, to the formalities of the action and the deadline for filing it to the final court decision on the action.
