Bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu příčiny a projevy syndromu vyhoření u asistentů pedagoga v základním vzdělávání. Snaží se vytvořit přehledný souhrn informací a zdůraznit její aktuálnost. Teoretická část se zabývá integrací a inkluzí, jejich historií, rozdíly a faktory úspěšnosti. Dále asistentem pedagoga a jeho zátěžovými situacemi, a nakonec vztahem zátěžových situací a syndromu vyhoření. Praktická část popisuje realizovaný výzkum, který proběhl s šesti asistenty pedagoga a snaží se určit a zhodnotit zátěžové situace, které se vztahují k syndromu vyhoření u asistentů pedagoga.Bachelor thesis deals with causes and symptoms of teacher´s assistants in elementary school. It tries to make synoptic summary of information about the theme and emphasize its topicality. The aim of the theoretical part is to describe inclusion, integration its history, diferences and factors of success. Then it describes teacher´s assistant and his stress situations, and in the end the realationship between stress situations and burnout syndrome. The practical part describes implemented research which consists of six interviews and tries to identify and evaluate stress situations which may relate to burnout syndrome of teacher´s assistants.
