Tato práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení a popis specifik komunikace mezi učiteli a asistenty pedagoga ve školách. Zasazuje tuto problematiku do rámce inkluzivního vzdělávání a poukazuje na soudobý vývoj postoje k inkluzi v ČR. Také rozebírá druhy komunikace mezi učiteli, asistenty a žáky, včetně žáků se specifickými potřebami. Praktická část zkoumá pomocí rozhovorů, jak spolu asistenti a učitelé pracují, co považují za slabá místa a jak integrace žáků se speciálními potřebami ovlivňuje proces výuky.This thesis focuses on the evaluation and description of specifics of communication between teachers and teachers' assistants in primary schools. It places this issue in the framework of inclusive education and shows the contemporary development of attitudes towards inclusion in the Czech Republic. It also discusses the types of communication as such between teachers, teacher assistants and pupils, including pupils with special needs. The methodical part examines through interviews how the assistants and teachers work together, what they consider weak spots and how the integration of pupils with special needs affects the learning process.
