Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na tři základní témata - dítě s postižením sluchu, dítě s poruchou autistického spektra a ranou péči. V teoretické části se zabýváme vymezením jednotlivých postižení, dělením, diagnostikou, rehabilitací, kompenzačními pomůckami a přístupy k osobám s poruchou autistického spektra. Dále se zabýváme ranou péčí, kde popisujeme základní charakteristiku a legislativní ukotvení. Praktická část obsahuje kvantitativní výzkum, kterým jsme zjišťovali, zda se v centrech rané péče objevuje kombinace sluchového postižení a PAS a zda pracovníci center rané péče potřebují k těmto kombinacím postižení informační materiál.The thesis concerns free main topics - child with a hearing impairment, child with a disorder of autistic spectrum and centers of early care. The theoretical part concerns the definitiv of the specigic disorders, their classification, diagnostics, rehabilitation, compensatory aids and approach to people with disorders of autistic spectrum. Centers of early care and its characteristics and legislative issues are also dealt with. The practical part concerns quantitive research with the aims to find out if the centers of early care deals with children with combination of the hearing impairment and the disorders of autistic spectrum and if the social workers need an information leaflet for the combination of these disorders.
