Diplomová práce se zabývá případovými studiemi osob s roztroušenou sklerózou. Teoretická část se věnuje popisu roztroušené sklerózy, její etiologií, symptomatologií, klasifikací, způsoby diagnostiky a terapie. Následuje kapitola zkoumající možnou přítomnost narušené komunikační schopnosti či neurokognitivního deficitu u jedinců s tímto onemocněním a specifika logopedické intervence. Praktická část je věnována analýze přítomnosti a závažnosti dysartrie, dysfagie a poruch kognitivní flexibility u osob s RS a komparaci dosažených výsledků.This final thesis is focusing on case studies of people with multiple sclerosis. The theoretical part is describing etiology, symptomatology, classification of the multiple sclerosis, methods of diagnosis and therapy. The following chapter is studying potential communication disorders and neurocognitive deficit in persons with this disease and the specifics of speech and language therapy intervention. The practical part is devoted to analysis of dysarthria, dysphagia and cognitive flexibility disorders and theirs severity among examined people with multiple sclerosis and comparing the results.
