Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem širší rodiny pěstouna a dítěte, které má pěstoun v péči. V teoretické části si přiblížíme systém náhradní výchovy v České republice, seznámíme se s psychologickými aspekty pěstounské péče na straně pěstouna a přiblížíme si fungování rodiny a aspekty jednotlivých vazeb v rámci rodiny širší. V empirické části této práce se věnujeme kvalitativnímu výzkumu, který má za cíl popsat zkušenost pěstounů v oblasti vztahu dítěte a širší rodiny pěstouna. V rámci výzkumných otázek nás především zajímala zkušenost pěstouna s tím, jak jeho širší rodina vnímá pěstounskou péči, jak vnímá vztah své širší rodiny a dítěte a také jak vnímá podporu širší rodiny, co se týče výchovy svěřeného dítěte. Data jsme získali od 8 participantů, které jsme do výzkumu vybrali záměrným a posléze příležitostným výběrem, polostrukturovaným interview. Jako formu analýzy jsme zvolili interpretativní fenomenologickou analýzu. Z výsledků vyplynulo, že v České republice se danému tématu v rámci přípravy i další práce s pěstouny nevěnuje dostatečná pozornost, což se ukázalo být problémem především v rodinách, které přijaly dítě s nestandardním chováním.This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of a wider family of a foster parent and a foster child. The theoretical part is about alternative upbringing in the Czech Republic, the psychological aspects of foster care on the side of the foster parent about the functioning of the family and aspects of individual ties within the wider family. In the empirical part we focus on qualitative research, which aims to describe the experience of foster parents in relation to the relationship between the child and the foster parent´s wider family. In the research questions we were interested in the foster parent's experience of how his wider family perceives foster care, how he perceives the relationship of his wider family and child, and how he perceives the support of the wider family regarding the upbringing of the foster child. The data were obtained from 8 participants, by semi-structured interview. Fot analysis we chose interpretative phenomenological analysis. The results showed that the Czech Republic does not pay enough attention to the topic of preparation and further work with foster parents. It could be a problem in families who accepted a child with non-standard behaviour.
