Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou ženského pánevního dna v období těhotenství a po porodu a možnostmi fyzioterapie v případě poruch funkce pánevního dna s těmito obdobími spojenými. Práce se skládá s teoretické časti, speciální části a kazuistiky pacientky. V teoretické části je popsána anatomie pánve a pánevního dna a poskytuje obecný popis fyziologických změn v období těhotenství, při porodu a v šestinedělí. Speciální část se věnuje funkci pánevního dna v těhotenství a při porodu a jeho dysfunkci, která může v těchto obdobích nastat. Dále popisuje možnosti prevence poranění hráze a epiziotomie při porodu a možnosti fyzioterapie v těhotenství a po porodu se zaměřením na pánevní dno. Poslední část obsahuje kazuistiku pacientky, která má bolesti pohybového aparátu spojené s těhotenstvím. Součástí kazuistiky je anamnéza, kineziologické vyšetření, fotodokumentace pacientky a následná terapie zaměřená na její aktuální potíže.This bachelor thesis deals with the problems of female pelvic floor during pregnancy and after delivery and the possibilities of physiotherapy in cases of pelvic floor disorders connected with these periods of life. The work consists of a theoretical part, a special part and a case study of a particular patient. The theoretical part describes the anatomy of the pelvis and the pelvic floor and provides a general description of physiological changes during pregnancy, delivery and puerperium. The special part is devoted to the function of the pelvic floor during the time of pregnancy and childbirth as well as to the dysfunctions which may occur during these periods. It also describes ways of preventing perineum injuries and episiotomy during labour, and the possibilities of physiotherapy in pregnancy and post-partum with a focus on the pelvic floor. The last part presents a case study of a patient who suffers from pains of the musculoskeletal system associated with pregnancy. The case study contains an anamnesis, kinesiological examination, photographic documentation of the patient and a proposal of subsequent therapy focused on her current problems.
