Diplomová práce se zabývá zkušenostmi rodičů s odlehčovacími pobyty spolku Rett Community, kterých se účastní společně se svojí dcerou s postižením, případně s dalšími členy rodiny. V teoretické části jsou stručně charakterizovány poruchy autistického spektra, Rettův syndrom, rodinná péče o dívky s tímto vzácným onemocněním a spolek rodičů a přátel dívek s Rettovým syndromem. Praktická část si klade za cíl, popsat jejich vnímání, prožívání a celkový pohled na zkušenost s odlehčovacími pobyty spolku Rett Community. K její realizaci byl zvolen kvalitativní přístup, za použití metody polostrukturovaného rozhovoru.The thesis is engaged in parents experience in relieving stays of the Rett Community association they take part in together with their handicapped daughter or other family members. The theoretical part briefly characterizes autism spectrum disorders, the Rett syndrome, family care for girls with this rare disorder and the association of parents of girls suffering from the Rett syndrome. The aim of the empirical part is to describe their perception, experiencing and their overall view of their experience in relieving stays held by the Rett Community association. A qualitative approach using the method of a semistructured interview was chosen to realise the thesis.
