Diplomová práce se zabývá separací ciplastiny a transplatiny pomocí kapilární elektroforézy. Byl studován vliv základního elektrolytu, jeho pH, koncentrace a přidávaná aditiva. Cisplatina a transplatina jsou látky důležité pro onkologickou léčbu.This diploma thesis is concerning with the separation of cisplatin and transplatin by the capillary electrophoresis. The experimental part finding the most optimal conditions of separation. It´s discussed the influence of the background electrolytes, concentration, pH and possible additives. Cisplatin and transplatin are important for cancer treatment.
