Cílem bakalářské práce je přiblížit problematiku Brazilců s japonským původem a objasnit jejich situaci na trhu práce v Japonsku. První část práce popisuje historický kontext obou zemí, tedy Japonska a Brazílie, který předcházel první vlně migraci Japonců do Brazílie. Zaměřuje se na historii migrace Japonců do Brazílie od počátku 20. století a jejich začlenění do kulturního prostředí cizí země. Druhá část práce se zabývá návratem Brazilců japonského původu, respektive jejich potomků, do Japonska a jejich obtížemi při hledání zaměstnání. Dále je zde uveden způsob a přístup ke vzdělání dětí Brazilců s japonským původem pocházejících z třetí a čtvrté generace. Snahou je i krátce přiblížit vízovou situaci Brazilců s japonským původem v porovnání s ostatními cizinci bez japonského původu a otázku vnímání jejich vlastní identity v souvislosti se snahou o asimilaci do společnosti v Japonsku.The aim of this bachelor thesis is to explain the issue of Brazilians of Japanese descent and to clarify their situation on the labour market in Japan. The first part of the thesis describes the historical context of both countries, namely Japan and Brazil, which preceded the first wave of Japanese migration to Brazil. It focuses on the history of Japanese migration to Brazil from the beginning of the 20th century and their integration into the cultural environment of a foreign country. The second part of the thesis deals with the return of Brazilians of Japanese origin or their descendants to Japan and their difficulties in finding a job. Furthermore, an approach to the education of children from the third and fourth generation of Brazilians of Japanese descent is discussed in this part. The aim is to also briefly introduce the visa situation of Brazilians with Japanese descent in comparison with other foreigners without Japanese origin and the question of perception of their own identity in connection with the attempt to assimilate into Japanese society.
