U korelace výsledků dotazníku SUPOS 7 a relativních reakčních časů, jsme došli ke stejnému zjištění. U našeho vzorku jsme přijali hypotézu o existenci vztahu mezi dotazníkem SUPOS 7 a délkou relativních reakčních časů námi vložených konfliktních slov, v souvislosti s běžnými slovy jsme tuto hypotézu zamítli. In this thesis we focused on some relationships between mobbing as a frequently occurring negative phenomenon in the workplace and the Word Association Task (WAT). In the theoretical part of the thesis we described mobbing. Specifically, we focus on mobbing actors, types of mobbing and types of prevention. We also described Word Association Task. Mainly the history of its origin, and the term complex. We also focus on C. G. Jung and another authors related to creation of this test. In the empirical part we is explained our own research where we combine a questionnaire survey and an association test. We carry out research on a private sector employee population (N = 36). The research was carried out using the Negative Acts Questionnaire (NAQ-R) and the SUPOS 7 questionnaire made for complete mental condition definition and the Word Association Test (WAT) adapted for this thesis. We did not find significant differences between the level of mobbing and the sex of an individual in our research group. We has been found that mobbled participants in our research do not usually know they are victims of mobbing (only 4 of 26 respondents said they had encountered mobbing). A significant correlation between mobbing and age was not confirmed. Furthermore, we accepted on our sample that mobbing (found by NAQ-R) negatively affects the complete mental condition (found by SUPOS 7). A positive correlation was found between the length of the relative reaction times of the inserted conflicting words and the observed mobbing rate. This fact have not been confirmed for the other words. In the correlation of the SUPOS 7 questionnaire and relative reaction times, we found the same finding. In our sample, we have hypothesized the existence of a relationship between the SUPOS 7 questionnaire and the length of the relative reaction times of the conflict words we put in place, and in the context of common words, we rejected this hypothesis.
