Práce se zabývá rozvojem psychodiagnostické metody BPAQ pro využití při náboru k bezpečnostním sborům. V teoretické části práce definuje pojem agresivita a agrese a věnuje se jejím jednotlivým druhům. Podrobně se zabývá biologickými, psychologickými a sociálními komponentami, které se mohou na vzniku agrese podílet. Jejich funkci zasazuje do výkladového rámce jednotlivých teorií, které se snaží postihnout mechanismus vzniku agrese. Speciální část se věnuje psychodiagnostickým metodám zjišťujícím agresi a výhodám a nevýhodám jejich použití v praxi. Popsán je zejména vznik, charakteristika, psychometrické vlastnosti a testování BPAQ na rozličných populacích. Detailně je popsán výzkum realizovaný v rámci naší předchozí studie, na který předkládaná rigorózní práce navazuje. Teoretická část se věnuje také popisu bezpečnostních sborů, pro které je užívání BPAQ při zjišťování osobnostní způsobilosti použitelné. Práce poskytuje analýzu výzkumně podložených charakteristik příslušníků bezpečnostních sborů a popisuje psychodiagnostické metody, které se nejen v zahraničí, ale také u nás v náborových situacích používají. Praktická část práce se zabývá vlivem jednotlivých faktorů na skórování v BPAQ, zkoumá rozdíly ve skórování v BPAQ u osob z běžné populace, policistů a uchazečů k PČR, ověřuje jeho psychometrické vlastnosti a srozumitelnost. Největším přínosem práce je standardizace BPAQ na testovaných souborech.The thesis deals with the development of the BPAQ psychodiagnostic method for use in recruiting to security services. In the theoretical part of the thesis defines the concept of aggressiveness and aggression and devotes itself to its particular species. It deals in detail with the biological, psychological and social components that can contribute to the aggression. Their function fits into the explanatory framework of individual theories that seek to capture the mechanism of aggression. The special part deals with psychodiagnostic methods for finding aggression and the advantages and disadvantages of their use in practice. Described is mainly the origin, characteristics, psychometric properties and BPAQ testing on different populations. We describe in detail the research carried out in the framework of our previous study, which follows the thesis. The theoretical part also deals with the description of the security corps for which the use of BPAQ in personality detection is applicable. The work provides an analysis of research-based characteristics of members of the security forces and describes psychodiagnostic methods that are used not only abroad but also in our recruitment situations. The practical part deals with the influence of individual factors on the BPAQ score, examines the differences in the BPAQ score among people from the general population, police officers and applicants to the Czech Police, verifies its psychometric characteristics and comprehensibility. The greatest benefit of this work is the standardization of BPAQ on the tested research sets.
