Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vzděláváním dospělých se zaměřením na kombinovanou formu terciálního vzdělávání v rámci konceptu celoživotního učení. Cílem této práce je identifikace důvodů, které vedou jedince ke studiu kombinované formy vysokoškolského studia. Teoretická část shrnuje teoretické poznatky z oblasti andragogiky. V empirické části jsou prezentovány výsledky výzkumu, který byl proveden dotazníkovou formou mezi absolventy kombinované formy oboru andragogika, tato část práce odpovídá na stanovené výzkumné otázky. Autor zde také odpovídá na otázku, zda hlavním důvodem ke studiu je kariérní a společenský posun jedince.This bachelor thesis deals with education of adults focusing on the distance form of tertiary education in connection with the concept of lifelong learning. The aim of this work is to identify the reasons that lead individuals to study the distance form of university. The theoretical part summarizes theoretical knowledge from the field of andragogy. In the empirical part there are presented results of the research, which was made in the form of questionnaire among graduates of distance form of the field of andragogy, this part of the thesis corresponds to the specified research questions. The author here also answers the question if the career and social shift of an individual are the main reasons for studying.
