Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na diverzitu řádu Erysiphales na území přírodní rezervace Údolí Brtnice. První část literární rešerše obsahuje fyzicko geografickou charakteristiku území přírodní rezervace Údolí Brtnice. Je zde zpracována geologie, geomorfologie, pedologie, klima a hydrologie, fytogeografie, flóra a fauna vyskytující se na území rezervace. V druhé části literární rešerše je popsána charakteristika řádu Erysiphales (popis morfologických struktur, životní cykly, taxonomie, geografické rozšíření). Metodická část je zaměřena na popis metody sběru, zpracování dat, uchovávání a přípravy vzorků a následné fotodokumentaci jednotlivých druhů. Výsledková část obsahuje popis jednotlivých druhů vyskytujících se na území přírodní rezervace Údolí Brtnice a fotodokumentaci jednotlivých druhů. V poslední části jsou diskutovány a shrnuty výsledky.This bachelor thesis is focused on survey of occurrence of representatives of Erysiphales order on Nature Reserve of Údolí Brtnice. The first part of the bachelor thesis includes a literary research which contains the physical-geographical characteristics of the Nature Reserve. This part also includes geological, geomorphological, pedological, climatological and hydrological characteristics, as well as descriptions of phytogeography, flora and fauna in the area of the Nature Reserve. The second part of the literary research is focused on the characteristics of the Powdery Mildews. The methodological part of the bachelor thesis is aimed on the description of the methods of collection, data processing, maintaining and preparation of samples and photodocumentation of these species. The result part contains a description of the individual powdery mildew species occurring in the area of the Nature Reserve of Údolí Brtnice and photographic documentation of individual species. This section also includes a discussion focused on individual samples and a final summary of the bachelor thesis.
