Práce charakterizuje historii fotbalu, sportovní výkon a sportovní trénink v jeho současné podobě včetně výchovy fotbalových talentů v České republice a organizací s ní spojených. Fotbalová asociace České republiky působí na výchovu mladých fotbalistů zejména prostřednictvím regionálních fotbalových akademií a sportovních středisek mládeže. S využitím metod analýzy dokumentů, zúčastněného i nezúčastněného pozorování a polostrukturovaného rozhovoru práce popisuje a srovnává tyto dvě koncepce a jejich sportovně-vzdělávací proces na příkladu Regionální fotbalové akademie Olomouckého kraje a sportovního střediska mládeže SK Sigma Olomouc.The thesis describes the history of football, sports performance and sports training in its current form, including the education of fotball talents in the Czech Republic and organizations related to that. The Football Association of the Czech Republic is active in the upbringing of young footballers, especially through regional football academies and youth sports centers. Using methods of analysis of documents, participant and non-participant observation and semi-structured interview, the thesis describes and compares these two concepts and their sports-educational process on the example of the Regional Football Academy of the Olomouc Region and the Sports Center of Youth SK Sigma Olomouc.
