Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na přirozenou podporu klientů jako nástroj jejich sociálního začleňování v transformovaných zařízeních z pohledu pracovníků v sociálních službách. Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit, jak pracují pracovníci v transformovaných zařízeních s přirozenou podporou svých klientů. V teoretické části diplomové práce jsou rozpracovány základní pojmy, o které se opírá výzkumná část. V empirické části práce je skrze kvalitativní strategii výzkumu zjišťováno, koho považují pracovníci v sociálních službách za aktéra přirozené podpory, jak pracují v souvislosti s přirozenou podporou s motivací klienta, s jeho potenciálem, jaké používají nástroje pro rozvoj klientovy přirozené podpory a jak pracují s riziky klienta v souvislosti s jeho začleňováním do přirozeného sociálního prostředí.The thesis concentrates on a natural support of the clients as a tool of their social integration in transformed institucions from the viewpoint of the workers in the social services. The aim of the thesis is to discover how the social workers in the transformed facilities work with the natural support of their clients. Theoretical part of the thesis focuses on a description of the basic terms, which form the basis for the research. The empirical research uses qualitative strategy to state who is according to the social workers the provider of the natural support, how the social workers in connection with the natural support motivate the client and develop his/her potential, which tools they use for the development of the natural support of the client and how they work with the risks of the client in connection with his/her integration into the natural social environment.
