Obsahem této bakalářské práce je popis a komparace ústavního vývoje v České republice a na Ukrajině od rozpadu SSSR, přiblížení procesu přijímání ústav v České republice a na Ukrajině a přehled nejdůležitějších změn, ke kterým došlo od přijetí obou ústav do dnešních dnů. Práce je rozdělena do 3 kapitol, přičemž v první se věnuji událostem, které vedly ke vzniku samostatné České republiky a Ukrajiny, šlo tedy hlavně o rozpad SSSR a zánik ČSFR a také zde popisuji změny ústavního systému, ke kterým došlo v 80. a 90. letech 20. stol. V další kapitole se věnuji přijetí ústav v ČR a na Ukrajině, je zde vidět rozdíl mezi poměrně bezproblémovým konsenzuálním průběhem v České republice a složitým, zdlouhavým průběhem na Ukrajině, kde spíše, než o samo přijetí Ústavy šlo o boj o politickou moc mezi prezidentem a parlamentem. V poslední, 3. kapitole se věnuji nejdůležitějším ústavním změnám v České republice a na Ukrajině od přijetí jejich ústav až do dnešních dnů a popisuji, co každá jednotlivá změna přinesla.The content of this bachalor thesis is the description and comparison of constitutional development in the Czech Republic and Ukraine since the collapse of the USSR, to approach the proces of adopting the Constitutionint he Czech Republic and Ukraine, an overview of the most important changes that have taken place since the adopting of the constitutions to the present day. The thesis is divided into 3 chapters, the fisrt one dealing with the events that led to the creation of the independent Czech Republic and Ukraine, mainly the collapse of the Soviet Union and extinction of the Czechoslovakia, and I also describe here the most important changes in the constitutional system that occured in both countries in the 80s and 90s of the 20th century. In the next chapter I describes the adoption of the constitutions in the Czech Republic and Ukraine, there is a distinction between the smooth consensual course in the Czech Republic and the complicated, lenghty course in Ukraine, where rather than the adoption of the Constitution itself, there was a struggle for political power between the President and the Parliament. At last, in the 3rd chapter, I deal with the most important constitutional changes in the Czech Republic and Ukraine since the adoption of their constitutiones to the present day and I also describes what each individual change has brought.
