Diplomová práce se zabývá socializací osob s duševním onemocněním. Téma práce je zaměřeno na službu sociální rehabilitace, kterou vnímám jako jednu ze skutečných prostředků podpory socializace osob s duševním onemocněním. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, jak vnímají uživatelé centrum sociální rehabilitace ve vztahu k socializaci, jaké činnosti vedou k jejich podpoře. Práce se zabývá stigmaty duševního onemocnění, které výrazně proces socializace ovlivňují a přináší popis zahraničního modelu Recovery, jehož principy vedou jedince s duševním onemocněním k převzetí odpovědnosti za svůj vlastní život. Zvolené metody kvalitativního výzkumu byly zaměřeny na zodpovězení uvedeného cíle práce. Výsledky výzkumných metod ukázaly, že společenský kontakt a možnost trávit čas v bezpečném prostředí, kde mě ostatní chápou a přijímají, je pro osoby s psychickým onemocněním důležité. Pomáhat lidem s duševním onemocněním neznamená ignorovat jejich onemocnění. Znamená to, že onemocnění vnímáme jen jako součást jejich životů.This thesis deals with the socialization of people with mental illness. The theme of the thesis is focused on the social rehabilitation service, which I perceive as one of the real means of supporting the socialization of people with mental illness. The aim of the thesis was to find out how users perceive the social rehabilitation center in relation to socialization, what activities lead to their support. The thesis deals with stigma of mental illness which significantly influences the process of socialization. The thesis describes foreign Recovery model whose principles lead individuals with mental illness to take responsibility for their own lives. The selected qualitative research methods were focused on the aim of the thesis. The results of research methods show that social contact and the ability to spend time in a safe environment is important for people with mental illness. Helping people with mental illness does not mean ignoring their illness. It means that we only perceive the disease as part of their lives.
