Diplomová práce se zabývá spokojeností studentů s praktickou výukou. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část mapuje přehled o systému vzdělávání v ošetřovatelství v naší zemi a především se věnuje odborné ošetřovatelské praxi a s ní souvisejícími pojmy. Praktická část, v níž byl použit standardizovaný dotazník CLES+T, představuje výsledky výzkumu prováděného na vysokých školách ve třech krajích. Hlavním cílem práce bylo zjistit, jak studenti ošetřovatelství hodnotí klinické výukové prostředí v průběhu ošetřovatelských praxí realizovaných na lůžkových odděleních. Na základě dílčích cílů a k nim stanovených hypotéz byly analyzovány názory studentů vztahující se ke klinickému výukovému prostředí (vzdělávací atmosféra na oddělení, styl vedení managementu oddělení, ošetřovatelská péče na oddělení), významu supervize a roli učitele ošetřovatelství v souvislosti s ročníkem studia a celkové spokojenosti s realizovanou praxí.This diploma thesis deals with the satisfaction of the nurses at the university with the practical training. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part processes overview of findings about system of education in nursing in our country and focuses mainly on nursing practice and the related terms. The research part, in which I used standardized Clinical Learning Environment and Supervision plus Nurse Teacher instrument, represents the results of research carried out at the universities in three regions. In particular, the present study aims to explore to evaluation of students with clinical learning environment during the nursing practice at the inpatient departments. The views of the students to the clinical learning environment during the nursing practice at the inpatient departments were analysed on the basis of partial goals and their hypotheses (pedagogical atmosphere, leadership style of the ward manager, nursing care on the ward), the content of supervisory relationship and role of the nurse teacher. These aspects were studied based on the year of the study and their satisfaction with the practical training.
