Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou mezigeneračních vztahů gay seniorů a mladších generací. Cílem práce je na základě získaných informací sumarizovat, jak prožívá sociální vztahy komunita gay seniorů, jaké jsou jejich vztahy s rodinou ať už prokreační či zvolenou a vztahy s mladšími příslušníky/cemi LGBT komunity. Práce je členěna na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část byla vypracována za pomoci odborné literatury a internetových zdrojů a zaměřuje se na vymezení pojmů LGBT komunita, gay senior, lesbická seniorka, homofobie a diskriminace, stáří a stárnutí, ageismus, mezigenerační komunikace, konflikty a vztahy. Praktická část se věnuje zpracování a analýze dat získaných prostřednictvím hloubkových rozhovorů s menšinově sexuálně orientovanými seniory. Pro zpracování dat byla použita metoda interpretativní fenomenologické analýzy.This diploma thesis focuses on issues of intergenerational relations between gay seniors and younger generations. The aim of the work is to summarize how the gay community deals with social relationships , their relationships with the family, whether procreation or elected, and relationships with younger members of the LGBT community. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part was developed with the help of professional literature and Internet resources and focuses on the definition of LGBT community, gay senior, lesbian senior, homophobia and discrimination, age and aging, ageism, intergenerational communication, conflicts and relationships. The practical part deals with the processing and analysis of data obtained through in-depth interviews with minority sexually oriented seniors. The method of Interpretative phenomenological analysis was used for data processing.
