Magisterská práce se věnuje rodinným tradicím z pohledu psychologie rodiny. Teoretická část se zabývá vývojem rodin, jejich fungováním, rodinnou resiliencí, rodinnými rituály a tradicemi. Jsou v ní uvedeny vybrané výzkumy, které byly na téma diplomové práce uskutečněny. Výzkumnými cíli bylo popsat typy rodinných tradic, zjistit vztah rodinných příslušníků k jejich podobám a porozumět případným změnám rodinných tradic v průběhu života rodiny. Pro účely výzkumu byl zvolen kvalitativní přístup. Výzkumnou metodou bylo polostrukturované interview. Rozhovory byly vedeny s 10 rodinami - nerozvedenými páry a jejich dětmi - celkem s 37 participanty. Výzkumný soubor byl vybrán záměrným výběrem. Zpracování dat probíhalo pomocí kvalitativní obsahové analýzy. Její výsledky ukázaly, že všechny rodiny mají rodinné tradice, ke kterým mají obvykle velmi pozitivní vztah. v rodinách se dbá na slavení narozenin a celostátních svátků, během nichž se vykonávají rodinné tradice. Ve všech rodinách existují zděděné předměty, rodinné recepty a předávají se určité zájmy a dovednosti. Ukázalo se, že rodinné tradice se mění v souladu s potřebami rodiny.The graduation thesis is devoted to the family traditions in respect to the family psychology. The theoretical section deals with the forming of the families, there functioning, the family resilience, the family rituals and traditions. The theoretical part of the work features specifically selected researches that were carried out for the chosen subject of the diploma work. The research objective was to describe the individual types of the family traditions, determine the regard of the family members to the forms of the traditions, and get insight into the possible changes of the family traditions during the family cycles. Qualitative approach was chosen for this research work and the research method was a semi-structured interview. The interviews were carried out with 10 families, non-divorced married couples and their children that are altogether 37 participants. The research group was selected by deliberate choice. Data processing was carried out by the qualitative obsahova analysis. The outcome of the analysis revealed the fact that all these families have their traditions with usually very positive relation to them. The families keep birthday calibrations and national days during which the family traditions are realized. All families also hold various inherited subjects, family recipes and also particular hobbies and skills are handed over. Further phenomenon was revealed that the family traditions are changing in line with the requirements of the family.
