Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou interní komunikace ve vybrané kulturní organizaci. Je rozdělena do třech částí. První část je věnována teoretickým východiskům, historickému vývoji a vymezení pojmů spojených s komunikačním procesem. Druhá, praktická část se zabývá výzkumem, který má za cíl definovat aktuální stav interní komunikace v organizaci a zároveň obsahuje vyhodnocení průzkumu a doporučuje možný způsob řešení zjištěných nedostatků. Poslední částí je závěr, který je věnován shrnutí všech získaných informací.This bachelor thesis deals with issues of internal communication in a selected cultural organization. It is divided into three parts. The first part is devoted to the theoretical resources, historical development and definition of terms connected with the communication process. The second, practical part deals with research, which aims to define the current state of internal communication in the organization and contains evaluation of the survey and recommends a possible way to solve the identified deficiencies. The last part is dedicated to summarizing all the information obtained.
