Ptačí budky představují náhradu přirozených dutin stromů a jsou vhodným úkrytem pro řadu bezobratlých. Sběr materiálu byl proveden v listopadu 2017 v přírodní rezervaci Království u obce Grygov. Byl proveden jeden sběr pavouků z ptačích budek, které byly ve výšce cca 1,5 m nad zemí. Celkem byl materiál získán ze 126 budek a 39 ptačích hnízd. Celkově bylo získáno 2272 jedinců pavouků o 15 druzích a 10 čeledích (v hnízdech 9 druhů ze 7 čeledí, v budkách 15 druhů z 10 čeledí). Eudominantním druhem v budkách s hnízdem i bez hnízda byl zápředník keřový (Clubiona pallidula). Mezi další početné druhy patřily šplhalka keřová (Anyphaena accentuata), snovačka pokoutní (Steatoda bipunctata). Extrakcí hnízdního materiálu byly zjištěny zejména nesíťové druhy pavouků. Abundance pavouků v budkách, které byly přístupné ptákům, byly nižší než v budkách, které přístupné pro ptáky nebyly. Vliv druhu stromu, budky bez hnízda a s hnízdem na početnost pavouků statisticky prokázán nebyl.Bird boxes represent a replacement for natural vascular trees and are a suitable shelter for many invertebrate animals. The collection of the material was carried out in November 2017 in the nature reserve "Království "near the village of Grygov. One collection of spiders from a bird box was carried out at a height of about 1.5 m above the ground. In total, 126 bird boxes and 39 bird nests were obtained. Altogether, 2272 specimens of spiders out of 15 species and 10 families were obtained (in nests there were 9 species from 7 families, in boxes there were 15 species from 10 families). The Eudominant species in bird boxes with and without a nest was Clubiona pallidula. Among other species there are Anyphaena accentuata and Steatoda bipunctata. The extraction of the nesting material proved existence of mainly non-nest spider species. The abundance of spiders in the bird boxes that were accessible to birds was lower comparing to the boxes that were not available to birds. The influence of tree species and bird boxes with and without a nest was not statistically proven regarding the number of spiders.
