Diplomová práce je zaměřená na specifika komunikace sociálních pracovníků s osobami bez přístřeší. V teoretické části se zabývá pojmem komunikace, druhy komunikace, rozhovorem a jeho fázemi. Dále se zaměřuje na osobnost sociálního pracovníka, jeho etický kodex, aktivní naslouchání a asertivní chování. Pozornost je zaměřena také na charakteristiku osoby bez přístřeší, bezdomovectví a jeho formy, typy a příčiny. V neposlední řadě se tato část zabývá sociální interakcí sociálních pracovníků s osobami bez přístřeší, bariérami v komunikaci a strategiemi řešení konfliktů. Empirická část zahrnuje analýzu specifických rysů, zásad a obsahu komunikace sociálních pracovníků s osobami bez přístřeší. Zkoumá bariéry a výsledky, které tato komunikace přináší a popisuje specifika profesionálního vztahu sociálních pracovníků k osobám bez přístřeší.This diploma thesis focuses on the specific characteristics of the communication of social workers with people without shelter. The theoretical part examines the term of communication, types of communication, interviewing and its main phases. It further explores the personality traits necessary for social work, social work's code of ethics, and other crucial characteristics such as active listening or assertive behaviour. Last but not least, this part concentrates on the social interaction between social workers and people without shelter, it describes obstacles to communication between both of them and conflict resolution strategies. The empirical part of the thesis includes the specific characteristics of the communication between social workers and homeless people, its main principles and the content of the communication. It outlines the obstacles and the results that this communication brings and finally, it describes the specific characteristics of the professional relationship between social workers and people without shelter.
