Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou zapojování školních družin do fundraisingu. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je zjistit zapojení školních družin do oblasti fundraisingu a na základě analýzy zhodnotit opodstatněnost využívaných fundraisingových technik a navrhnout další možnosti rozvoje školních družin z pohledu fundraisingu. Dílčími cíle práce je zjistit, jaké mají vedoucí vychovatelé povědomí o oblasti fundraisingu. Zda vedoucí vychovatelé cítí potřebu zapojení školních družin do oblasti fundraisingu. Jaký přínos má fundraising pro školní družinu. Jak školní družiny se získanými prostředky nakládají a dále analýza preferované techniky z hlediska financování volnočasových aktivit. Teoretická část se zabývá problematikou zájmového vzdělávání ve školní družině, základními pojmy z oblasti fundraisingu a možnostmi využití fundrasingu ve školní družině. Praktická část zjišťuje pomocí technik kvalitativního výzkumu zapojování školních družiny do fundraisingu prostřednictvím vedoucího vychovatele a navrhuje další možnosti zapojení školních družin do fundraisingu.This thesis is focused on the problematic of connecting the school youth centre into fundraising. The main aim of this thesis is to find out the connection of the school youth centres in the topic of the fundraising, and on the basis of the analysis, evaluate the reason of the using fundraising techniques and suggests another possibilities of the school youth centre from the view of the fundraising. The sub-objectives of the work is to find out what are the leading educators of awareness about the field of fundraising. Whether head educators feel the need for the involvement of school teams into the field of fundraising. What benefit does fundraising for the school youth centre. How the school youth centre handles and further analyse the preferred technique from the standpoint of the financing of leisure activities with the funds received The theoretical part is focused on the problematic of interest education in the school youth centre, the basic concepts of the fundraising and the possibility of the usage the fundraising in the school youth centre. The practical part finds out by using the technique of qualitative investigation the connection of the school youth centre into fundraising via the person of the head educator and suggests other connections of the school youth centres into fundraising.
