Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku společenské odpovědnosti firem. V teoretické části je představen koncept společenské odpovědnosti firem, koncept udržitelného rozvoje, implementace společenské odpovědnosti do praxe a reportování o společenské odpovědnosti. Praktická část se věnuje společenské odpovědnosti a konceptu udržitelného rozvoje firmy Sonnentor. Dále obsahuje proces tvorby návrhu zprávy o společenské odpovědnosti firmy Sonnetor a samotný návrh zprávy o společenské odpovědnosti firmy Sonnentor. Návrh zprávy byl vytvořen dle reportingového rámce G4 Sustainability Reporting Guidelines, který vydala Global Reporting Initiative.The thesis is focused on the issue of corporate social responsibility (CSR). The theoretical part introduces the concept of corporate social responsibility, the concept of sustainable development, the implementation of CSR and the CSR reporting. The practical part deals with CSR and the concept of sustainable development of the Sonnentor company. The practical part follows the writing process of the draft report and also contains the final draft CSR report of the Sonnentor company. The draft report was created according to the G4 Sustainability Reporting Guidelines, released by the Global Reporting Initiative.
