Bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnocením efektu terapie na labilních plochách u pacientů po plastice ligamentum cruciatum anterius (LCA). Práce obsahuje souhrn teoretických poznatků o působení balančních ploch obecně a na jedince s rekonstruovaným LCA a zároveň sumarizaci výsledků studií, které tyto poznatky aplikují v praxi. Celá problematika je posuzována v kontextu biomechaniky a senzorické funkce LCA, procesu hojení implantátu a v souvislosti se změnami a obtížemi, se kterými se pacient po rekonstrukci LCA potýká. Text se mimo jiné také zabývá otázkou, v kterém období rehabilitačního procesu je nevýhodnější labilní plochy začlenit do terapie.The Bachelors thesis deals with evaluation of the effect of therapy on unstable surfaces in patients with ACL recnostruction. The work contains an interpretation of the theoretical knowledge about the principle of balance training on an individual with recnostructed ACL and at the same time a summary of results of studies which tried to prove this knowledge in practise. The whole issue is assessed in the context of LCA biomechanics and sensory functions, graft ligamentization proces, and the changes and difficulties faced by a patient with the LCA reconstruction. The text discusses, among other things, the question of when it is the most beneficial to incorporate balance boards into therapy.
