Hallux valgus patří mezi velice častou deformitu nohy. Způsobů, jak jej ovlivnit je velká řada. Cílem práce bylo prostřednictvím sumarizace studií a monografií seznámení s touto problematikou a způsobem léčby. K vyhledávací strategii byly použity on-line databáze PubMed, Medline, Medvik, Google Scholar a také monografie. Klíčová slova k vyhledávání byla: hallux valgus, hallux valgus treatment, hallux valgus conservative, hallux valgus physical therapy, hallux valgus exercise.Celkem bylo na základě klíčových slov použito 75 článků a 22 monografií. Z výsledků studií vyplynulo, že kombinací fyzioterapeutických technik dojde ke značnému zlepšení stavu pacienta a snížení úhlu hallux valgus. I přes velký výskyt deformity neexistuje velké množství podložených studií, zabývající se úspěšností určité techniky kinezioterapie. Pro léčbu deformity je tedy vhodný komplexní přístup a mezioborová spolupráce.Hallux valgus belongs among frequent deformity of foot. Ways to influence are numerous. The aim of this thesis was knowledge through summarization of the studies and monographies with these problematic and type of the therapy. Online databases and monography like PubMed, Medline, Medvik, Google Scholar was used on the search strategy. Key words to search were: hallux valgus, hallux valgus treatment, hallux valgus conservative, hallux valgus physical therapy, hallux valgus exercise. There were 75 articles and 22 monographies used together by key words. The results of studies say that combination of physiotherapeutic methods leads to improvement of patient's condition and reduction hallux valgus. Despite frequent deformity is not a lot´s of based studies that deal with some technique of kinesiotherapy. Complex access and interdiscipline cooperation is suitable to treatment deformity.
