Přehledová bakalářská práce se zabývá tepelným komfortem u pacienta na operačním sále. Cílem práce bylo předložit dohledané publikované aktuální poznatky o tepelném komfortu pacienta na operačním sále z pohledu všeobecné sestry. První dílčí cíl práce byl zaměřen na faktory vedoucí ke změně tepelného komfortu u pacienta na operačním sále z pohledu všeobecné sestry. Zde byl prokázán pokles tělesné teploty v některých případech o víc než 2 ?C v závislosti na mnoha faktorech, jako je délka operačního výkonu, přidružená onemocnění a další. Druhý dílčí cíl práce byl zaměřen na možnosti řešení tepelného diskomfortu u pacienta na operačním sále, který vede k prodloužení délky hospitalizace, zvýšení krevních ztrát, riziko infekce v místě chirurgického zákroku a jiné. Tomu lze předejít používáním ohřátých infuzních roztoků, samozahřívací přikrývky, odporové tepelné podušky nebo použitím systému s cirkulací ohřátého teplého vzduchu. Publikované poznatky byly dohledány v českých a zahraničních odborných periodikách, např. Anesteziologie a intenzivní medicína, Česká gynekologie, Journal of Advanced Nursing, Journal of Perianesthesia Nursing a jiné.The bachelor thesis deals with the thermal comfort of patients´ in the operating theater. The aim of the work was to present the published findings about patients´ thermal comfort in the operating theater from the point of view of a general nurse. The first part of the work focuses on the factors leading to the change of patients´ thermal comfort in the operating theater from the viewpoint of a general nurse. There has been evidence of a body temperature drop by more than 2° C in some cases depending on many factors such as duration of surgery, associated illnesses, etc.. The second part of the work deals with possible solutions of patients´ thermal discomfort in the operating theater that leads to prolonged hospitalization, increased blood loss, risk of infection at a surgical site and others. We can avoid the problem by using heated infusion solutions, self-warming blankets, resistance heat pads, or warm air circulation system. The published findings were found in both Czech and foreign specialized periodicals, e.g. Anesthesiology and Intensive Medicine, Czech Gynaecology, Journal of Advanced Nursing, Journal of Perianesthesia Nursing and others.
