Tato přehledová bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou využití aromaterapie v těhotenství a při porodu. Cílem práce bylo sumarizovat aktuální publikované informace týkající se tohoto tématu. Pro lepší pochopení problematiky jsou v práci zmíněné fyzické a psychické změny žen v období těhotenství a také průběh a fáze porodu, dále vysvětlení pojmu aromaterapie a její účinky na lidský organismus. Práce se zabývá kompenzací či léčbou těhotenských změn a obtíží pomocí aromaterapie, kontraindikovanými oleji v tomto období a využitím bio esenciálních olejů k ovlivnění jednotlivých fází porodu.This overview bachelor thesis deals with the use of aromatherapy in pregnancy and childbirth. The aim of this work was to summarize current published information on this topic. For a better understanding of the issue, there are mentioned physical and psychological changes of women in the period of pregnancy as well as the course and stage of childbirth, further explanation of the term aromatherapy and its effects on the human organism. The thesis deals with compensation or treatment of pregnancy changes and difficulties with aromatherapy, contraindicated oils during this period and using bio essential oils to influence the various stages of labor
